1. Services Provided

ProspectPro provides access to a comprehensive New Zealand business contact database through:

• Full Database: One-time purchase of Excel file containing 500,000+ verified business contacts ($500 excluding GST)
• Daily Updates Plan: Full database plus access to interactive web portal with daily updates ($500 excluding GST initial, then $29/month excluding GST)

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST
• GST of 15% will be added to all purchases at checkout
• Full database fee of $500 (excluding GST) is a one-time payment for both plans
• Daily Updates Plan includes an additional $29/month (excluding GST) subscription
• Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable

3. Data Usage License

By purchasing our database, you agree to:

• Use the data solely for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all applicable New Zealand laws including the Privacy Act 2020
• Not resell, redistribute, or share the database with third parties
• Not use the data for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Maintain appropriate security measures to protect the data

4. Data Accuracy

While we strive for 95% accuracy:

• Business information changes constantly
• We provide daily updates for subscribers to maintain accuracy
• We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all records
• Users should verify critical information before making business decisions

5. Subscription Terms

For Daily Updates Plan subscribers:

• Subscription renews automatically each month
• Cancel anytime with 30 days notice
• Access to web portal requires active subscription
• Unlimited exports and queries while subscription is active

6. Limitation of Liability

ProspectPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
